2. Delivery & Shipping

Q: What are the delivery charges for online orders?
A:
– Orders over R1500 qualify for free national delivery.
– Orders under R1500 incur a flat delivery fee of R100.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Floky cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or load-shedding.

Q: Which courier delivers my order?
A: All orders are delivered via Bob Go, a trusted South African courier.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently do not offer standard international shipping. Customers outside South Africa may contact us at support@floky.co.za for custom arrangements.

3. Payment

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Payments are securely processed via PayFast, which accepts credit/debit cards, EFT, and other approved third-party payment methods.


4. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must:
– Be unworn/unused, in original packaging with tags
– Include your receipt or proof of purchase
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be returned even if used.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover it.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, and may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.

Q: Will I receive an invoice for my order?
A: Yes. Invoices can be emailed to you or accessed in your account section after logging in.
