Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Floky South Africa offers a fair and transparent returns and refund process in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).
🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused),
- Include all original tags, packaging, and inserts, and
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may still request a return or exchange, even if the product has been worn. Returned used items are repurposed for internal use (e.g. photo shoots, samples, exhibitions) and are not resold.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You may use any reputable courier of your choice to return your item. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged and tracked.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the CPA.
❌ Non-returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Custom or personalized products
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to misuse or neglect
🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item (once approved), and then place a new order for the replacement item.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
