You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Include all original tags, packaging, and inserts
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In line with the CPA, items that are defective or not durable may qualify for a:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

Used items may still be assessed if a defect is suspected. Approved used returns are not resold and may be repurposed internally.

Compression garments require careful handling.

• Damage caused by incorrect application, removal, excessive force, or overstretching is not considered a defect
• Snagging from nails, jewellery, or rough surfaces is not considered a manufacturing fault

We reserve the right to assess all returned items to determine the cause of damage.

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to:

1. Request a return (once approved)
2. Place a new order

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
• Funds are returned to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may vary
